ДОГОВОР ПУБЛИЧНОЙ ОФЕРТЫ

1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРА

Исполнитель обязуется оказать услуги по предоставлению доступа к научно-практической конференции публичного раскрытия информации Доктрины «Алгебра Философии», включающему верификацию Теоретико-множественной модели Базиса Онтологии, деконструкцию эмпирического моделирования и пересмотр парадигм Физической, Информационной и Социальной реальностей.
Доктрина предоставляется в качестве интеллектуального дара; оплата Заказчиком взимается исключительно за техническое обеспечение доступа и услуги синхронного перевода

2. РЕГЛАМЕНТ АВТОРИЗАЦИИ И ДОСТУПА

  • 2.1. Идентификация: Заказчик проходит обязательную регистрацию на платформе https://doctrine-xxi.tilda.ws/. Для юридических лиц (ВУЗы/Корпорации) обязательным является указание корпоративного домена и реквизитов организации.
  • 2.2. Акцепт и Депозит: Доступ к материалам активируется после подтверждения внесения оргвзноса согласно п. 3.1. Оплата является подтверждением согласия Заказчика с условиями Лицензии на использование материалов.
  • 2.3. Верификация платежа: Копия платежного поручения (SWIFT/национальный платеж) направляется в Расчетный центр АФ НИЦ: doctrine.xxi@gmail.com. В теме письма указывается ID регистрации.
  • 2.4. Генерация Доступа: В течение 24 часов после верификации Заказчик получает на указанный e-mail персональный Ключ доступа (Zoom-link) и уникальный цифровой сертификат участника. Передача Ключа третьим лицам запрещена и отслеживается системой мониторинга.

3. УСЛОВИЯ ОПЛАТЫ И ВОЗВРАТА

  • 3.1. Стоимость участия.
Для юридических лиц, Стоимость составляет 100 (сто) USD.
Для физических лиц 50 (пятьдесят) USD.
  • 3.2. Возврат оплаты.
В случае отмены Конференции или отказа Заказчика от участия в ней, денежные средства возвращаются в течении 3-х банковских дней, за минусом конвертации тенге-доллары-тенге. Возврат производится по текущему курсу покупки/продажи валюты в Halyk Bank на дату совершения операции.

4. КОНФИДЕНЦИАЛЬНОСТЬ

Заказчик обязуется соблюдать Международные Законы, Законы РК, Законы РФ относительно авторского права.

5. РАЗРЕШЕНИЕ СПОРОВ

Все споры, связанные с интерпретацией Доктрины или условиями участия, подлежат разрешению в Арбитражном центре МФЦА (Астана, Казахстан).


PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The Contractor shall provide access to the scientific-practical conference for the public disclosure of the "Algebra of Philosophy" Doctrine. This includes the verification of the Set-Theoretic Model of the Ontological Basis, the deconstruction of empirical modeling, and the revision of Physical, Informational, and Social reality paradigms.
The Doctrine is provided as an intellectual gift; the Customer's payment is charged exclusively for technical access support and synchronous translation services.

2. AUTHORIZATION AND ACCESS PROTOCOL

  • 2.1. Identification: The Customer must complete mandatory registration at https://doctrine-xxi.tilda.ws/. For legal entities (Universities/Corporations), providing a corporate domain and organizational details is mandatory.
  • 2.2. Acceptance and Deposit: Access to materials is activated upon confirmation of the registration fee according to Clause 3.1. Payment constitutes the Customer's full agreement with the terms of the License for the Use of Materials. [1.3]
  • 2.3. Payment Verification: A copy of the payment order (SWIFT/national transfer) must be sent to the AOP SRC Clearing Center: doctrine.xxi@gmail.com. The registration ID must be indicated in the email subject.
  • 2.4. Access Generation: Within 24 hours after verification, the Customer will receive a personal Access Key (Zoom-link) and a unique digital certificate of participation via the specified email. Transfer of the Key to third parties is strictly prohibited and monitored by the system. [2.1]

3. PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS

  • 3.1. Participation Fees:
For Legal Entities: 100 (one hundred) USD.
For Individuals: 50 (fifty) USD.
  • 3.2. Refunds: In the event of Conference cancellation or the Customer’s withdrawal, funds will be returned within 3 banking days, less currency conversion costs (KZT-USD-KZT). Refunds are processed at the current exchange rate of Halyk Bank on the date of the transaction.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • EN: The Customer agrees to comply with International Laws, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Laws of the Russian Federation regarding copyright and intellectual property. [1.1]

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • EN: All disputes related to the interpretation of the Doctrine or the terms of participation shall be settled at the AIFC Arbitration Centre (Astana, Kazakhstan) under AIFC regulations. [1.3]
